I’ve been working on more backgrounds. Don’t be afraid to “wreck” your backgrounds with doodles and patterns. Sing went from blah to flashy with the circle pattern.

Don’t be Afraid to Spread Your Wings is another mixed media collage I made using the article in Cloth, Paper Scissors. I used the fern home decor stamp again. I’m very fond of it lately, for some reason.

I’m working on a few more paper quilt pieces. This is an ATC sized piece and I had so much fun with it. When I saw the woman looking away from her lover, I knew I had to put that bottle in the corner.

Today, DIY Scrapbooking has a really nice wedding dress layout. What a great way to keep all of those special memories of choosing and altering the dress together. Of course, I would have used a few rubber stamps along with that heart punch to decorate the page.
