Artful Monday - Mixed Media Bird in Tree
I tried to scan the whole piece, but it comes out too dark every time, so I had to make do with a section photo, instead. This is an example of how different things can end up. I originally was planning to continue the cheery birds I’m working on. They’re so cute that you need a bit of lemon juice to cut the sweetness afterward, but for some reason I had to make them. Rickrack, flowers, pinks and other pastels…Anyway, this last one ended up much darker and not very cute at all.
