Everywhere I look, it seems like back to school supplies are out. I thought it might be fun to talk about some ways to use rubber stamps to personalize school supplies:
Decorate a strip of paper with stamps and colored pencils. Cut it to fit a cheap Bic type pen and glue it into place. Spray […]

I’ve been collecting antique photos and cabinet cards and have been saving digital sheets for easy printing. I thought I’d share a sheet filled with my favorite images with you. I love setting them up like this because I don’t waste that expensive transparency film by only printing out a few images this way:

I thought it would be fun to list all the ways we can use rubber stamps for Christmas. Maybe it will help us get a head start on all those holiday gifts and decorations. After all, it is Christmas in July! If you have a rubber stamping idea for Christmas that I haven’t mentioned, please […]

Isn’t this cute? My five year old niece made it for me as a surprise. Note the use of the rose stamp and the different background effects. She told me she’s going to be an artist when she grows up and I said I think she’s already an artist.

Here’s another charm I made using shrink plastic. I stamped a rose from Rubber Stampede on the plastic three times and then rubbed a yellow ink pad over it. Even though the images were stamped with permanent ink, there was a bit of smearing. Next time, I think I will do the ink pad first. […]
