Sea Horse

Manga Inspired Sea Swap Page

Blue Sea

Here’s another piece for the Sea challenge. If you’re getting tired of sea themes, don’t worry. I have two other swaps I’m working on and I plan to intermingle the photos so you can see other stuff.
The word sea is stamped with that cheapo clear alphabet set I got at Walmart. […]

This week’s 4×4 Friday Challenge was to make a page using our favorite color. Mine is green. I think I have a bit of green somewhere in every room in the house. (One of the lights for my light tent blew out last night, so this photo is a bit grainy.)

I had such good intentions for the weekend. I tidied up some space and sat down to work on some projects. I didn’t get very much done before the county wide artist studio tour (very fun) and when I came back from the tour, I had two little visitors come to spend the day.
While I […]

The List Maven, one of the other Lifestyles channel bloggers, wants to know what I waste money on the most. I thought I’d add to the question a bit and show why I waste my money. So, here is a picture of the product I buy way too much of - paper towels - and […]

I think I mentioned that I was taking a portrait painting class from Paulette Insall online. I’ve learned so much so far. She really breaks things down into simple steps and I definitely am more confident drawing eyes. (Remember my flower eyes?) However, I’m terrified I’ll mess up my sketch when I start painting […]
