Chinese New Year ATC
To celebrate Chinese New Year, I stamped this dragon, cut him out and adhered him to red handmade paper. I colored him in with pearlescent paint-which isn’t showing up well on the camera. I used metalic rubons on the edges of the ATC. Finally, I cut a flame shape from shrink plastic, rubbed a red ink pad over it, punched a hole and shrank it. I fastened the flame to the ATC with a small brad.
Now my question - does anyone know who makes this lovely dragon? He was a UM and I don’t have a record of where he came from.
