Fun with Fun Foam
Fun Foam is all the rage with crafty kids right now, so it is easy to find on sale. I decided to experiment with a box of shapes and my iron. I covered the shapes with waxed paper so they didn’t stick to the iron. Then, I heated them up until they melted and curled up a bit. (I tried using my heat gun, but it was a bit too hot for this project. The end result looked like burned leather.) While the shapes were still hot, I stamped them all over with All Night Media’s little flower stamp. Then, I smeared on a bit of paint and glued them in a flower shape onto a canvas I’ve been playing around with. Has anyone else experimented with these inexpensive little shapes?

I just decided to use some that I had laying around for awhile.(A long while)
I drew shapes and designs into smallish squares and rectangles with an embossing stylus.
They make pretty good background stamps in my altered art.

Sharon,
That’s a great idea. I didn’t even think about making my own rubber stamps with them.
