Gift Tags From Scraps
I’m on a recycling kick, I guess. This tag is made completely from scraps I was going to toss out - a piece of cardboard for the tag body, a bunch of one inch strips from all the skinny book pages I’ve been working on, a baby wipe I’ve been using to wipe away excess watercolor ink and a piece of sheet music left over from a big project. I started by cutting a shape from the one inch strips and gluing it around the outside of the tag. Then, I tore the baby wipe to fit the space and glued it down. I finished by cutting a letter out of the sheet music scrap. Fun, easy and a great way to recycle.
