Stamping Mad

Holiday Decorating - If it Doesn’t Move, Stamp It

by Katelyn on December 10th, 2006

I go stamp crazy around the holidays. Plain paper napkins. Oooh, wouldn’t they look pretty with an embossed snowflake? They do, they do. Oooh, what about that paper tablecloth? You know what else would look nice? Handstamped window clings! (more on that Tuesday. I’ve decided that Cyndi’s idea for Technique Tuesdays on Layers Upon Layers is an awesome idea.) Finally, someone comes along and pries my fingers apart to remove the stamp and hides the stamp pad. It’s too late. I already stamped those boring white coasters and sealed them with heavy clear embossing powder. And I didn’t stamp the dog because she wagged her tail, but I did stamp her plain red collar with snowflakes using a fabric ink pad.

Do you notice that the closer it gets to Christmas, the more you want to stamp? Or do I need to attend Stampers Annonymous?
