Mini Wreaths with Rubber Stamps
We’ve been making mini wreaths today. You will need a piece of chipboard or cardboard, a few pieces of cotton fabric, six inches of coordinating ribbon, hot glue gun, shrink plastic, your favorite stamps and a stamp pad.
Cut your wreath shape out of the chipboard or cardboard. I did hearts and circles that were about 6 inches across. I cut out the center of my shapes, making the outer edge of the shape about 1/2″ wide the whole way around. Then, tear strips of cotton fabric about 1/4-1/2″ wide and wrap them around your shape so none of the chipboard shows through. Secure loose ends with a bit of hot glue
Next, make a bunch of little charms using your rubber stamps, stamp pad and shrink plastic. Glue them to your wreath at regular intervals. Glue the piece of ribbon to the back of your mini wreath to create a hanger. They make great little valentines or wall decorations.
