Stamping Mad

Remember My Learn Something New Challenge?

by Katelyn on March 19th, 2007

daisy tag shrink plastic charmWell, I’ve been experimenting with shrink plastic and stamps and now I’m ready to start sharing results. First, I’ve got to say that die cut machines are the best invention ever! It is so easy to use the machine to cut stars, tags, circles, etc out of shrink plastic. They shrink down to the perfect size for making charms.
This charm uses Rubber Stampede’s Delightful Daisy on a background of a leaf stamp by Anita’s. I began by coloring the whole tag with a green colored pencil and then stamped the leaf randomly across the tag. After the ink dried, I stamped the daisy on top of the background in dark blue permanent ink.
Then, I popped the charm in the oven at 200 degrees and watched it shrink.
