The Measure of a Man Mixed Media Collage
I finally stopped using the fern stamp and am now addicted to this fleur de lis home decor stamp. I’m playing around with a whole “Measure of a Man” series and this one is the first I’ve completed. The rest are harder because I’m trying to answer the question in this one. Once again, the scanner really isn’t capturing the depth of the background, but it gives you an idea of what it looks like.
By the way, how do you use all the tape measure and ruler pieces you’ve been collecting? I have a ton to use up.

Wow, Nici, those are gorgeous. How do you get that effect? It looks kind of like a beautiful oil slick.
