Using Flower Petals as Paint

by Katelyn on March 15th, 2007

If the kids want to make some spring cards, one fun idea is to have them use flower petals and grass blades as paint to color in their stamped images. Just pull a few petals from a flower blossom and rub them over the paper and they will leave a light coat of color behind. I can’t find my sample card from when I did this last year. I’d say I’d make one this weekend with the kids, but they’re calling for snow again and there’s nothing out there to use. If it ever warms up, I’ll try to get some samples up!
